Returns and refunds
Faulty or wrong item
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange collection.
Opened intimate products
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened intimate products, unless the item is faulty.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued in cash or by bank transfer within 3 working days of the returned item being checked.
